Island City E-Service is a custom problem ticketing/reporting site developed for the City of Plainwell. The purpose of the site is to allow citizens to report issues that need addressing by the City. Additionally, the site has a full-featured ticket viewing/updating component for employees of the City (not available to the public).

Established in 2003, Watts Realty, LLC is a full service real estate provider helping clients with their residential and commercial buying, selling, leasing, and building needs.

This site displays integrated realtor listings pulled daily from the MLS/SWMRIC database. Many companies charge upwards of $100/month for this functionality, not to mention setup fees. By automating the updating process, we were able to drastically lower costs to the client.
